Delivery

2-3 Day Delivery

Please allow 2-3 working day delivery on all orders - though we will always aim to be quicker.

The standard charge for shipping to the UK Mainland is £5.99+VAT - delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding VAT) aside from items outlined below.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Islands and Highlands is a flat fee of £12.

Multifunction Devices

There is a flat delivery charge of £250+VAT for specialist delivery of our multifunction devices. 

Furniture

There is a flat delivery charge of £25+VAT on all furniture deliveries (this includes furniture accessories). We will confirm with you delivery time scales once you have placed your order. 

Please note: For heavier and/or bulkier items you may be required to pay extra.

Failed Deliveries

Typically our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If they fail to deliver after two attempts then the goods are returned to their source and we will refund you the value of your order less the shipping cost (to cover restocking fees). You are, of course, free to place your order again with us.

Should you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it has been despatched please call us on 0161 683 4247 or email sales@beebusinesssupplies.co.uk and we'll be happy to do this for you and issue a full refund. 

Once your order has been despatched you can contact us about a return.

Returns

Please note that all images provided on beebusinesssupplies.co.uk are for illustration purposes only. Customers should review the description of all items before purchase to ensure they are ordering the correct item. 

Should you wish to return an order to us for a replacement or refund you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

We can only accept returns if goods are unsused, in their original packaging and undamaged. We will not refund our shipping costs for returns except in exceptional circumstances. You are responsible for any charges for return delivery.

We may request photographic evidence of the item and/or packaging.

Damages

If goods arrived damaged Bee Business Supplies will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a refund. We will require photographs of the damaged item(s) before we issue any refund and so that we can inform our couriers.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your photo(s), your order number and details of the damaged item(s) to sales@beebusinesssupplies.co.uk
